PROJECT: Family Townhouse TN1
THE PROPERTY: A three storey Victorian townhouse in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.
THE BRIEF: It was incredibly rewarding designing for this wonderful family. All very different characters and all with specific needs that impact their well-being. Part of their eldest son’s condition affects the way he processes sensory information so he needed a space that felt calm and safe. The other needed a space where he could work out some of his energy before bedtime, so we zoned for work, rest and play! The parents just needed a warm inviting sanctuary to escape at the end of a busy day!
SERVICES: Full design service: Concept & scheme boards, space planning for re-structure, joinery drawings, lighting plan, sourcing of furniture and fixtures & fittings. Sourcing all goods and writing a schedule for Contractor works. Ad-hoc design co-ordination. Styling & photography.
