Investment Guidance

We primarily undertake multi-room and whole-house renovations, with fees reflecting the scale, complexity and level of architectural involvement required. As a guide, construction budgets typically sit within a mid to high-end residential range (£1,700 – £2,300 per sqm). An indicative design fee range is discussed during the initial consultation to provide early clarity prior to formal scope definition.

Level 2: Consultancy

Overview

A strategic interior architecture consultancy offering targeted design direction at key decision points, without full project management.

Who It’s For

Hands-on clients who want professional judgement to inform critical decisions without engaging a full design and implementation service. Also suitable where architects or contractors are appointed but interior strategy requires refinement.

Design Fix is offered as a fixed fee of £395 for a two-hour consultation, held in person within a 12-mile radius of Tunbridge Wells or via Zoom.
