It’s all in the detail with this Georgian Grade 1 listed family home in Sevenoaks. Our aim was to highlight traditional elements with colour and pattern and juxtaposing them with modern elements to bring it into the current century.
The Hallway concept
The concept for the entrance to this Georgian home was to create a fresh, light and welcoming hallway, with the addition of a feature staircase runner and encaustic tiles with a muted pattern. Here we considered two similar shades of muted green to highlight traditional features, such a dado rails, coving and skirting. Adding Vintage elements and feature lighting to mix the old with new.
The Cloakroom concept
The concept for the Cloakrooms was to create that WOW factor, by dialling up the fun, with bold wallpaper and panelled woodwork for impact.
